Zenitra Perry
Owner & CEO
Zenitra Perry is a speaker, executive coach, and leadership development expert with more than 20 years of corporate experience, including leadership roles at HBO, where she worked with teams across the organization to drive strategy, communication, and performance. That experience gave her a front-row seat to the complexities of leadership and the human dynamics that shape how teams and organizations succeed.
Today, Zenitra helps individuals and leaders step back, see themselves more clearly, and move forward with greater confidence and intention. Known for her honest, engaging style, she blends analytical thinking with creativity and empathy to help people move from stress and overwhelm to clarity and action. She believes leadership is most powerful when people are able to show up as their authentic selves, and she is passionate about helping leaders recognize their strengths, trust their voice, and lead in ways that feel both effective and true to who they are.
At the heart of her work is a belief that when people understand themselves more deeply, everything else—leadership, relationships, and impact—begins to shift.
